I'll make this post short and sweet:
List Of National Awareness Months
What can you do with this list, in your efforts to publicize your own business/product/service? Pick a charity to promote and donate a percentage of your profits to that charity, during that charity's National Awareness Month – breast cancer awareness, Type 1 Diabetes Awareness, etc.
And of course, send out press releases about it, to solicit more donations and drive more sales.
Or – just post a link to a different "awareness month" cause on your site every month, with a donation button for the cause, for good Karma and community goodwill.

Last September was the first National Child-Centered Divorce month but it did not make the list you posted.
Always good to keep focus on the young ones during stressful times!
i was very disappointed to see that Parkinson's Awareness Month was left off of April.
fibromyalgia awareness is in May
interstitial cystitis awareness is in October although they are looking at maybe changing the month
April is IBS Awareness Month
Cystic Fibrosis month is in May. Remember no cure has been found and many do not reach old age. My best friend died from it. I was in pre-k and still remember him fondly.
October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month. Seen that it was not in your list.
I am trying to find a list of events for each month, focused on the medical arena, like:
Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Nurses Week
and so forth.. where can I find this?
